You will be required to email us a picture of your damaged package as confirmation, and once verified, we will begin the refunding process.

Our return policy is subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

  • If the goods is missing or damaged, the quality is poor, or it is the incorrect product, the consumer is entitled to a refund.
  • We can only give a refund within a week of the merchandise being delivered to the consumer. The consumer must notify us and return the drug within this time frame.
  • After the investigation is completed, a decision will be made as to whether the consumer is eligible for the refund. If all requirements are satisfied, a refund will be issued.

Note: Please keep in mind that the refund amount will be determined after subtracting the cost of processing fees, shipping from both sides, and the pills eaten.

The return method is determined by the circumstances of your order. If you want to get your refund by credit/debit card/Net Banking, you must wait 10 to 15 working days for the funds to be credited to your account. The credit will be reflected in your account within the specified working days.

If an event arises during the reimbursement process, we apologies for any inconvenience. The only delay you may expect is from the bank, and we accept no responsibility or control over it. Even if you select cash on delivery, the money will be transmitted immediately to your registered bank account.
